What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space! Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We offer a complimentary return shipping label for qualifying returns. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused, unwashed condition, showing no signs of wear.
- Lighting and wallpaper cannot be returned if installed.
- Bedding must be unopened and returned in its original condition.
- If your item shipped via freight or white glove service, return shipping fees apply.
- Items marked FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER are not eligible for return.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is noted on the product page. For the most accurate shipping information, please check the product’s page directly.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and on different days.
Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
My tracking number isn’t working—what now?
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update. Often, tracking numbers are issued when a label is created, which may take a bit of time to reflect movement from the warehouse.
If your item is being delivered via white glove service but you received a FedEx tracking link, use the provided number to track via our third-party carrier.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately after purchase to ensure fast processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders once they’ve been placed.
Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii/Alaska?
Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States, but we hope to expand our delivery reach in the future!
I love what I ordered but need to make a small change. What should I do?
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or substitutions. While we don’t process direct exchanges, you're welcome to request a return and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, occasional damage can occur during transit. For oversized or white glove deliveries, please inspect your item carefully before signing.
We recommend inspecting your item promptly, even if you're not ready to use it right away.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of arrival.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery to report damage.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes! We’ll honor a one-time price adjustment on full-priced items purchased within 7 days of a promotion.
- Adjustments are issued as store credit for the price difference (pre-tax).
- Orders with prior promotions or stacked discounts are not eligible.
- Only one promotional offer may be used at a time.
Can I order rug samples?
While we don’t offer swatches, we do provide free returns, making it easy to try a rug in your space risk-free. Many customers start with the smallest size available to test the look and feel in their room.
I signed up for a special email offer but didn’t receive my promo code
Your promo code should arrive shortly after signing up. However, depending on your email provider, it might take up to one hour to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case!
